Job Summary
Founding Junior Account Executive (AE) at RegASK, a full-cycle seller who owns deals from first signal to closed-won. You will prospect into your own book, run initial meetings, lead discovery, demos, navigate buying committees, and close. You’ll sell into regulatory affairs, quality, and compliance leaders at mid-market pharma, medtech, food, cosmetics, and chemicals. Responsibilities include building and managing a defined pipeline, outbound/inbound lead conversion, consultative discovery with senior leaders, live product demos, coordinating with sales engineers, driving multi-stakeholder deals, CRM hygiene in Salesforce, coaching and peer development, and contributing to the mid-market playbook. Requirements emphasize 2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales with closing experience, consultative selling, modern sales-stack fluency, AI augmentation, strong written communication, and the ability to navigate complex buying environments. Nice-to-haves include experience in regulated industries and familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 12 months of closing experience as a full-cycle AE, AE Apprentice, or SDR-promoted-to-AE
- Track record of hitting and beating pipeline and revenue targets
- Consultative selling with discovery, ROI articulation, and multi-stakeholder navigation
- Modern sales stack fluency (Salesforce, Gong Engage/Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
- High AI fluency for research, prep, drafting, and competitive intel
- Strong written communication and ability to write outbound emails and proposals that don’t sound templated or AI-generated
- Experience selling into lawyers, scientists, regulatory professionals across multi-stakeholder committees
- Domain curiosity and motivation to build regulatory-tech expertise
- Self-direction and comfort in a founding-stage environment
- Nice to Have: experience selling into pharma/medtech/regulated industries; regulatory affairs or compliance background; GTM system-building experience; familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks
