Founding Head of Product

Founding Head of Product at LTV ai will own product end to end in a fast-growing, founder-led environment. You will set strategy and roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and execute with the founding and engineering teams. You’ll design and run growth experiments, translate customer pain from large e-commerce brands into sharp product direction, define success metrics, and uphold quality and taste. You’ll collaborate with AI, engineering, and GTM to turn AI-native capabilities into product offerings, and you’ll build the systems and rituals that enable rapid learning and faster decision making.
