Job Summary
Founding GTM Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment across non-technical and GTM functions, partnering with founders and hiring managers to set hiring goals and experience standards, owning sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, refining talent operations and processes, and potentially handling interim People Ops tasks. The role emphasizes building process and structure where none exists, acting as an ambassador for Paraform’s mission, and leveraging sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a high-growth startup context.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for non-technical and GTM roles
- proven track record closing strong candidates in a competitive market
- deep sourcing chops
- high ownership mentality
- builder mindset
- familiarity with recruiting industry or marketplace businesses is a plus
