Job Summary
Founding GTM Engineer responsible for turning messy go-to-market ideas into scalable automation and infrastructure. Build GTM workflows and automations in tools like n8n, Clay, and HubSpot; create and maintain AI chatbots and agents for research, enrichment, and meeting prep; configure GTM systems to support deal management, handoffs, and alerts; connect GTM tools into a cohesive stack; develop internal UIs and apps for GTM teams; improve data quality and system reliability; prototype and ship new automation capabilities as the company scales. Requires clear communication with technical and non-technical teammates, a penchant for simple, maintainable solutions, ownership of end-to-end systems, and a passion for empowering Sales, CS, and Growth teams.
