Job Summary
Founding Growth Lead responsible for building and owning the growth function from day one. Own partnerships & channels to embed the company in health experiences, identify and manage creator/influencer programs with measurable attribution, and develop a scalable content & community engine. Lead lifecycle & automation initiatives to activate, nurture, and win back members. Requires 5+ years in growth, performance marketing, or early GTM, with proven ability to grow consumer brands or wellness products, run creator/influencer programs, and leverage a modern growth stack (outbound tooling, CRM, marketing automation, attribution). A founder-level operator who thrives in a startup context and is passionate about longevity, wellbeing, wearables, and proactive health, with strong storytelling and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant growth/Go-To-Market experience
- Experience building consumer brands or wellness products
- Experience running creator or influencer programs
- Fluency with modern growth stack (outbound tooling, CRM, marketing automation, attribution)
- Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity and lean budgets
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
