Job Summary
The Founding Growth Lead will be responsible for scaling Legion Health's AI-native psychiatry clinic, focusing on systems that drive patient acquisition, activation, and retention. Key responsibilities include designing and executing growth roadmaps, managing multi-channel growth execution, conducting analytics and experimentation, and improving patient experience. Candidates should have 2-5+ years in relevant fields, hands-on experience in growth strategies, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in growth, consulting, product strategy, marketing, or a similar operator role
- Hands-on experience with multiple acquisition channels (paid social, SEM, directories, lifecycle comms, referrals, partnerships, SEO)
- Strong analytical ability, including funnel analysis, experimentation design, and data storytelling
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in digital health
- Experience in consumer growth
- Consulting experience (MBB)
- Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, healthcare advertising)
