Founding Growth & Brand Lead for Electric Air in the Bay Area; a hands-on role to build the leading heat pump brand through growth acquisition, creative and brand development, website and funnel optimization, and local market presence. Own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and other channels; develop landing pages, funnels, and attribution; run experiments to improve lead quality and CAC; source and manage creative production; shape voice, positioning, and identity; turn real installs and customer experiences into compelling marketing; ship quickly with engineers and contractors; build systems for reviews, referrals, and neighborhood presence. Requires strong judgment, operational intensity, speed, curiosity, and willingness to work in the real world across homes, installs, neighborhoods, customers, trucks, events, and photography.
