Founding GM, Bonfiire

Founding GM role responsible for Bonfiire Business end-to-end with focus on product and full P&L, spanning product, design, engineering, marketing, demand gen, and conversion. Lead the pod, determine staffing and AI usage, and own the partnership execution to scale transactional revenue from a flagship distribution partnership. Design the system to convert users into bookings and revenue, oversee the funnel from partner placement to booked event, and drive continuous improvement across activation, venue matching, post-event follow-up, and re-engagement. 5 days/week in Palo Alto; OPT support available; not sponsoring H1B. The ideal candidate is an executive with systems-thinking, product/design sensibility, and ability to ship impactful experiences that scale.
