Job Summary
Founding-level Product Engineer role in NYC to build the core product end-to-end for an AI-powered B2B SaaS startup. You’ll work directly with founders and customers to ship full-stack features (React/TypeScript frontend, Python backend), translate customer pain into functionality, and influence product direction, engineering standards, and team culture. Expect high ownership, zero-to-one development, and shipping rapidly in a hands-on founding team environment. In-person in NYC 4–5 days/week.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack capability (React/TypeScript + Python)
- High agency: able to unblock yourself and move fast
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and early-stage environments
- Clear communicator who enjoys working directly with customers
- Excited to work in-person in NYC (4–5 days/week)
