Job Summary
Build and maintain React frontend components and Node.js backend services, shipping end-to-end features across UI and backend layers within agile workflows. Define user stories, estimate work, and deliver production-ready code while ensuring quality through testing, reviews, and monitoring. Troubleshoot production issues quickly and collaborate on architecture and scaling decisions with senior engineers. This role requires a CS degree, 1–2 years of full stack experience, and strong problem-solving skills. Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of full stack development experience
- React + Node.js + TypeScript
- Strong React frontend experience
- Working knowledge of Node.js backend development
- CS degree
- Familiarity with GCP or another major cloud platform
- Strong problem-solving ability
- High-ownership mindset
- Clear hunger for startup pace and early-stage intensity
- Genuine interest in legal tech and building AI-powered products
- Experience working with Postgres and writing SQL queries
- Strong GitHub presence and meaningful side projects
- Experience building customer-facing applications
Desired Qualifications
- Experience at a growth-stage startup (01 or early scaling)
- Former founder or founding team experience demonstrating hustle and ownership
