Job Summary
Founding Full-Stack Engineer to build AI-native project management for construction, enabling background automation, proactive alerts, and task dashboards rather than a chat wrapper. Focus areas include extending an AI-driven workflow across frontend and backend stacks, integrating agent harnessing with streaming tokens, tool-call traces, and graceful recovery, and delivering measurable product outcomes. Required capabilities include strong product sense, fast prototyping with data-driven iteration, and comfort working in an environment with ambiguous problems. Key tech stack notes: TypeScript, Next.js, Vercel, Supabase (Postgres + pgvector), LangChain, Vercel AI SDK, LangFuse, shadcn/ui. Location: Munich, Germany with in-office (hybrid) arrangement.
