Founding Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary
Own the largest and most technically difficult enterprise deployments by flying to customer sites, sitting with operators, and designing custom integrations, workflows, and product capabilities to get solutions live in production. Work directly in the codebase to debug blockers across voice, SMS, email, chat, APIs, data, and LLMs, then identify patterns to turn one-off solutions into scalable deployment primitives and infrastructure. Collaborate closely with founders and the engineering team to define how Forward Deployed Engineering works with Product, Sales, and Customer Success as you build the playbooks and eventually lead the organization.
