Job Summary
Founding Forward Deployed Engineer role focused on on-site customer deployments of AI agents for operational workflows in healthcare-adjacent environments. You will travel to customer sites (~30–50% domestically), deploy end-to-end AI agent solutions from integration to go-live, and iterate on product improvements based on field observations. Responsibilities include building browser-based automations against EMR systems, shadowing schedulers and front-office staff to map real workflows, owning the full deployment stack (data extraction, agent configuration, QA, monitoring, frontline support), and presenting results to customer leadership to support expansion conversations. Required mindset emphasizes strong software engineering fundamentals, comfort with ambiguity, bias toward action, and excellent communication to non-technical stakeholders.
