Job Summary
Build AI-native workflows to automate home services payroll and streamline accounts payable tracking for beta customers. Remove friction from the onboarding process by designing intuitive interfaces for users with zero agent experience. Establish generic data handling workflows for bespoke, unstructured job plans while scaling AP reliability across die-hard users. Collaborate directly with the CTO and customer success team to solve vague, high-impact problems by budgeting your own time. Operate in a high-autonomy founding team of 12 people, working 50-55 hours weekly in an in-person Gramercy office.
Required Qualifications
- Solid front end biased full stack engineer
- Previous experience working on applied AI agents
- Demonstrable curiosity in the realm of applied AI agents
- Ability to speak intelligently about system design
- Ability to speak intelligently about Ruby on Rails
- Ability to speak intelligently about React
- Ability to speak intelligently about Postgres
- Ability to speak intelligently about AWS
- Ability to speak intelligently about Redis
Desired Qualifications
