Job Summary
Founding Engineer to design and build core, AI-powered platform components for an AI-native wealth-management solution. You will own major technical domains from the ground up, collaborate directly with the founder to establish technical foundations, design end-to-end AI-powered workflows, architect scalable real-time data orchestration across multiple integrations, craft intuitive interfaces for financial professionals, and make high-autonomy technical decisions shaping product direction and engineering culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with Tier 1 venture-backed start-ups (Series B or earlier only) and Applied AI exposure
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with Tier 1 venture-backed start-ups (Series B or earlier only) and Applied AI exposure
- AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor) experience
- Proficiency in Python, Django, TypeScript, AWS, PostgreSQL/RDS, Redis, Terraform
