Job Summary
Own and enhance the codebase and machine learning infrastructure, evolving prototype systems into production-ready platforms. Build and iterate on training pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and internal tooling to streamline processes. Lead technical decisions regarding machine learning algorithms, model training, and infrastructure architecture to ensure robust system performance. Rapidly develop machine learning models from inception to deployment and ship demo prototypes to showcase capabilities and engage stakeholders. This role requires 2-10 years of software engineering experience with a focus on Python and proven ability to scale complex systems from the ground up. We are a venture-backed AI company transforming how data is processed through innovative thought-to-text technology.
Required Qualifications
- 2-10 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Python
- Proven experience in machine learning, including familiarity with model training and evaluation
