Job Summary
Founding Engineer role at an early-stage AI startup focused on a real-time consumer platform. You’ll work directly with the founder to shape both the product and engineering culture, building across the full application stack, developing memory, retrieval, and proactivity systems to improve AI presence and responsiveness, and integrating real-time video and audio models to enable dynamic interactions. You’ll help set engineering standards and recruit world-class talent, and aggressively dogfood the product to ensure real user value.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of software engineering
- Strong computer science fundamentals
- Bonus: experience with real-time media, vision/video models, memory systems, or audio-focused projects
