Job Summary
Founding Engineer role focused on shipping full-stack production-ready features across web and desktop stacks. You’ll own features end-to-end, from prototype to production, talk to customers on pilot calls, translate feedback into rapid product changes, influence the roadmap, and help close enterprise deals by delivering what matters quickly. Expected to work across TypeScript, React, Next.js, Postgres, Electron/Tauri, wire up production-ready LLM-powered features, and establish telemetry/evaluation systems to make insights credible. You’ll join a founding team, shape engineering culture, and grow into engineering leadership as the company scales, with direct exposure to enterprise customers and opportunity to contribute across the product and organizational strategy.
