Founding Engineer

Founding Engineer responsible for architecting and shipping end-to-end AI-enabled features. Own the 0-to-1 journey by building enterprise-grade systems from first principles, focusing on secure, resilient architectures and scalable backend/frontend integration. Design agents using LLMs for reasoning, document extraction, and end-to-end automation of complex enterprise processes, with a bias toward practical delivery and rapid iteration. Collaborate across stack to deliver image-and-data-rich interfaces and robust cloud deployments, while maintaining data integrity and security for global industrial leaders. Key skills include Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, TypeScript, React, AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, Google Agent Development Kit, LangGraph, cloud (AWS/GCP), IaC, CI/CD, and German language proficiency as a nice-to-have. The role is based in Berlin with in-person work, offering meaningful equity and rapid impact from day one.
