Job Summary
Founding Engineer role (Full-Time) leading hands-on development across the stack from frontend to backend and data infra. You’ll own architecture, review and guide specialists across data, platform/DevOps, and full-stack areas, translate fuzzy direction into buildable work, ship features quickly, and leverage AI tooling to accelerate coding and reviews. Key tech: React, TypeScript, Tailwind on frontend; Laravel on backend; BigQuery, dbt, pipelines; GCP, Terraform, Auth0; HubSpot integrations; testing and architecture leadership. You’ll operate with high ownership across a distributed team, set standards, and turn product ideas into working features in days. Strong emphasis on system thinking, end-to-end ownership, and delivering measurable impact in a startup environment.
