Founding Engineer (Full Stack)

Founding Engineer (Full Stack) for a seed-stage startup building an AI Workspace for Consultants. You will define the product DNA by designing multi-step agentic workflows that move beyond basic RAG into enterprise-grade inference and interactive interfaces, own the end-to-end product surface across the stack, and translate consulting inefficiencies into product impact. You will work directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across clients and advisory teams to convert elite consulting tradecraft into code. Required capabilities include strong Full-Stack engineering with NextJS/Typescript, experience with LLM frameworks (PydanticAI, LangGraph, etc.), UI polish and user ergonomics, and familiarity with the consulting industry.
