Founding Engineer

Build and scale core systems aircraft technicians use daily, from architecture to deployment, while owning reliability across infrastructure, observability, and AI evals. Write code for end-to-end AI agent systems, including voice interfaces and workflow orchestration, and turn aerospace data into trusted pipelines covering maintenance manuals and airworthiness directives. Own projects with autonomy over technical decisions, talk to technicians and regulators to inform product choices, and stay at the frontier by adopting new model capabilities. £100k–£120k salary plus equity. Full-time. No visa sponsorship.
