Job Summary
We are seeking a Founding Engineer, particularly a full stack developer, to architect and build a highly autonomous platform combining large-scale data systems with AI-native agents. Responsibilities include developing scalable APIs, backend services, and web application components as well as defining engineering processes and collaborating across the stack. Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in full stack engineering, knowledge of modern frontend technologies, and a keen ability to adapt and learn new technologies. The position offers significant equity and a chance to influence both product and technical direction.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as a full stack or backend engineer
- Experience owning and delivering production systems end-to-end
- Prior experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js)
- Familiarity with building APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, or deployment workflows at scale
- Comfortable working in early-stage startups or autonomous roles
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a founder, founding engineer, or at a 0-1 pre-seed startup
- Contributions to open-source or internal tools with impact
- Interest in data systems, agent workflows, or LLM orchestration
