Founding Designer

Own product frontend design and define Sable's brand across the platform where customers build AI employees and the live call interface where Aidan meets users. Prototype in code, work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers to catch design drift, and drive iterations through implementation to live. Design with founders to articulate tradeoffs and incorporate feedback while maintaining product direction. This role requires 2–5 years of product design experience, strong UX reasoning, and comfort close to code. You must be resilient, decisive, and willing to change your mind when facts change.
