Founding Designer (m/f/d)

Own product design for core flows, UI, and interactions from concept to shipped feature. Run product experiments by talking to users, forming hypotheses, prototyping, and measuring results in tight loops with engineering and founders. Conduct continuous discovery with customers to turn insights into design decisions. Build and maintain the internal design system while shaping website, brand, and deck visuals as needed. This role focuses on modernizing the operating system for public procurement across 29 countries, leveraging AI to surface relevant tenders and draft winning bids efficiently.
