Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a technical support or deployment role
- Proficient in working with OpenAI and REST APIs to build and deploy solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Experience with workflow automation tools, particularly Zapier
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
