Job Summary
Founding Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of key customers, drive growth in Net Revenue Retention, and ensure successful adoption of Chatbase’s AI agent platform. You’ll understand customers’ businesses, unlock new use cases, and act as the trusted advisor to improve their AI agents over time. Requires 2+ years in startups or high-performance environments with a track record of growing and retaining customer relationships, plus technical curiosity and strong communication. In-office role based in downtown Toronto, with uncapped commissions and early equity on offer.
