Job Summary
Founding COO role focused on building scalable operations for Dearest Care, owning end-to-end operations including provider credentialing, payer enrollment, and ongoing compliance; oversee HR, finance, and compliance, drive process excellence and customer/patient experience, track KPIs and investor-facing reporting, and partner with the founding team to resolve bottlenecks across advocates, providers, and payers. Must be hands-on, drive repeatable workflows for billing, scheduling, and intake, and operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in healthcare operations at a startup, clinic, or provider network
- Experience touching credentialing or payer enrollment directly
- Data-driven mindset and ability to size and fix operational issues
- Hands-on and execution-driven approach; not a purely managerial role
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
- Comfort operating in high-ambiguity, high-velocity environments
- Willingness to work beyond 9-5
- Becoming AI native (comfortable with AI-enabled workflows)
