Job Summary
Define public cadence, shape industry engagement, and extend founder voices through long-form pieces, talks, and podcasts. Own the rhythm of content shipping, extract customer stories to build trust, and craft recruiting narratives that make culture legible. Partner with founders to establish category-defining language and articulate the company's new paradigm in enterprise AI. Establish function and cadence within the first three months to ensure consistent external presence.
Required Qualifications
- Experience partnering with founders or other key leaders at moments of inflection
- Ability to ship both high volume and high quality output
- Self-editing capability
- Independence to produce output without waiting for a team to deliver
- Online engagement in the AI community
- Perspectives on industry thought leaders
- Ability to articulate what the company needs to post, engage with, or respond to
- Writing across formats with taste
- Ability to distinguish authentic founder voice from corporate boilerplate
- Comfort with white-box AI, continual learning, and agentic execution
