Job Summary
Founding Channel & Partnerships hire to build Firefly's partner network and own the channel go-to-market strategy. Drive recruitment and enablement of partners (e.g., systems integrators, MSPs, VARs, architecture firms) to generate pipeline and revenue. Own partner economics, prioritization, and a scalable channel program that accelerates market adoption for a safety-focused, AI-native platform. The role requires 5+ years in partnerships/channel/business development near GTM, experience shaping partner programs, familiarity with networks, hardware, or physical technology, and the credibility to engage senior partners. In-office role based in Firefly's New York City office.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years across partnerships, channel, business development, or an operating role close to a go-to-market motion
- Built or materially shaped a partner or channel program and understand the economics that make one actually work
- Deep familiarity with networks, hardware, or physical technology industries
- Bias for partnerships that move pipeline, and the discipline to kill the ones that don't
- Enough credibility and commercial instinct to represent Firefly to senior partners without a script
