Job Summary
Founding Business Development Representative responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities through outbound strategies (primarily account research and cold calling) to rapidly scale Clad Locates. You will also support outbound efforts by helping prepare for conferences, organize events, and test hypotheses for new channels (e.g., field sales, content marketing, referrals). You’ll have the opportunity to transition into a full-stack sales role and close deals you source directly. Location is New York City, NY. Compensation includes a base salary range of $60k-$80k with a target OTE of $100k-$120k. The role requires strong communication, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a startup environment focused on building a scalable outbound motion for an AI-native construction-software product.
