Job Summary
Founding BDR to own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for B2B SaaS startups and mid-market clients. Research accounts, craft outreach, and run multi-channel prospecting (cold email, LinkedIn, phone, and creative tactics) to book meetings that convert. Qualify inbound and outbound leads, hand off ready demos, and collaborate with founders and AEs on messaging, ICP definition, and outbound strategy. Be the first touch a prospect has with Monk, set the tone for the deal, leverage AI for research, personalization, sequencing, and pipeline tracking, and build the outbound playbook from scratch. Excited to build in person in Union Square, NYC.
