Job Summary
Founding Business Development Manager to build Hyperbound's channel revenue engine from scratch. Own commercial relationships with sales training partners, formalize an affiliate program, and translate Salesforce AppExchange, Salesloft, and Outreach marketplace presence into pipeline. You’ll write the playbook, build the deck, and close the deal yourself in an IC role with founder-level scope. Responsibilities include managing a book of business across reseller, affiliate, and marketplace partners; designing the commercial model and operationalizing it in Partner Stack and Crossbeam; sourcing and closing new channel partnerships; driving partner enablement and quarterly adoption reviews; and formalizing the affiliate program from sourcing to payout. Nice-to-haves include a network in sales training/platform ecosystems and experience launching on major marketplaces. Compensation is $240K-$280K OTE plus equity; in-office SF, with travel to build relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in channel sales, business development, or partnerships with track record of sourcing channel revenue
- experience building or scaling a partner program at an early-stage company
- hands-on experience with Partner Stack, Crossbeam, or similar PRM/tools
- comfort being measured on revenue and partner success with renewals/expansions
- IC mindset: ability to build decks, run QBRs, and create enablement docs
- willingness to travel frequently and build in-person relationships with partners/customers
