Job Summary
Own the full visual identity, brand system, and every external touchpoint from day one. Design and maintain the website with copy, build pitch decks and client materials in Figma, and run social channels including LinkedIn. Produce email templates, newsletters, and outreach sequences while writing case studies and long-form content as member outcomes accumulate. Report directly to the Founder & CEO on-site in Geneva or Copenhagen. Deliver a consolidated visual identity guide and v1 brand system within the first 30 days, ensuring the website is live or updated by the first quarter. Build a scalable brand library and documented playbook by year one.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years in-house at a tech company
- Agency backgrounds without in-house experience will not be considered
- Figma fluency
- A visible portfolio of shipped brand work across multiple formats
- You write as well as you design and can own copy across all touchpoints
- You do not need a creative director above you to do your best work
- Based in Switzerland or Denmark
- Able to work in CET (Central European Time) ±2
Desired Qualifications
- Web design experience in Webflow or Framer
