Job Summary
Own the full visual identity, narrative, and all external touchpoints from day one. Design and maintain the website, build pitch decks and client materials in Figma, and run social channels including LinkedIn. Produce email templates, newsletters, and outreach sequences, while writing case studies and long-form content as member outcomes accumulate. Report directly to the Founder & CEO in Geneva or Copenhagen. Begin with a three-day in-person Accelerator, then deliver a consolidated visual identity guide and updated website within the first quarter. Establish a documented content playbook and a brand system scalable for future designers by year one.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years in-house at a tech company
- Agency backgrounds without in-house experience will not be considered
- Figma fluency
- A visible portfolio of shipped brand work across multiple formats
- You write as well as you design and can own copy across all touchpoints
- You do not need a creative director above you to do your best work
- Based in Switzerland or Denmark
- able to work in CET (Central European Time) ±2
