Job Summary
Founding Banking GTM to research, identify, and acquire new clients through self-generated leads and establishing active partnerships on a local and national level. Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor banking product messaging for mid-market clients, deliver persuasive presentations, and drive the full sales cycle from initial engagement through onboarding. Develop market insights, monitor trends, and expand professional networks by participating in industry events and conferences to expand visibility and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle sales
- B2B sales to SMBs/middle-market
- cold calling and hunting new business
- multi-stakeholder sales including C-Suite
- clear communication skills
- Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales
- experience selling to SMBs/middle-market (revenues $20m+)
- proven track record of cold calling and hunting new business
- deep local market network
- experience selling into traditional and non-traditional companies
- experience in complex multi-stakeholder sales including C-Suite
- excellent written and verbal communication
- proficient with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- ability to build relationships and network
- team collaboration and cross-functional alignment
- ability to develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- ability to conduct market research and identify industry trends
- experience in generating and closing new business opportunities
- strong networking and industry event participation skills
- comfortable with self-generation of leads and partnerships
- knowledge of banking/credit card products is a plus
