Founding AI Deployment Strategist (Denmark or Switzerland)

Job Summary
Partner 1:1 with senior leaders to frame P&L context and objectives, then convert the Accelerator into a 90-day plan they own and ship. Map use cases across sales, product, marketing, and operations, make build-versus-buy calls, and sequence AI investments while building and running the supporting tooling and agent setups. Author the deployment playbook to ensure quality consistency as new strategists join, and bring patterns from member work back into the product and proprietary insights. Own the pre, on-site, and post journey for the first cohort, delivering shipped initiatives and establishing a repeatable deployment model for future cohorts.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of four years in progressive, high-impact roles
- At least two of those years focused on applied AI
- Experience putting modern models, tools, and agents to work inside a business to drive outcomes
- A track record of owning measurable business results and outcomes
- Hands-on, daily fluency with modern AI tools and agents
- The executive presence to work shoulder-to-shoulder with C-suite and P&L owners
- Sharp, structured thinking that turns ambiguity into a plan and a plan into delivery
- A degree in a technical field
- Equivalent practical experience to a technical degree
Desired Qualifications
- An MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of business, technology, and operations
