Job Summary
Configure and deploy Vocca's AI voice agents for US medical practices, managing end-to-end setup, integrations, and go-live to drive high success rates. Own post-sale success and account management for the first clients, ensuring retention while freeing sales leadership to hunt. Build the US deployment playbook and hire a team of six to eight deployers to scale operations from a handful of centers to $6M ARR by 2027. Close the product loop by translating field feedback into actionable insights for the engineering team. Start fully hands-on for the first month, then transition to leading the function as it expands from zero to a structured org.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in fast-scaling tech
- Operated autonomously in a startup or scale-up (or founded one)
- Deeply hands-on and technical
- Think in systems and numbers
- Genuinely built and tinkered (config, integrations, automation, no-code)
- Own a product configuration end to end without an engineering team behind you
- Strong commercial energy
- Can lead a room
- Speak well
- Credible with both a director and their IT
- Founder mentality: high energy, low maintenance, resourceful
- Can drop anywhere and who comes back with a plan
- Can hire, structure and grow a team as the function scales
- Turn what you see in the field into product feedback that matters
- Based in New York
- ~3 days/week in the office
