Job Summary
Founding Account Executive responsible for owning Atrix’s go-to-market motion in life sciences, driving net-new lands and expansions with enterprise pharma/biotech/medical device accounts. You will build repeatable sales processes, maintain CRM hygiene, develop executive relationships, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on pricing, ICP, and roadmap. The role involves end-to-end sales—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, closing, and expansion—with in-person collaboration from Atrix’s Manhattan office, contributing to the adoption of Atrix’s platform across regulated life sciences customers.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with full-cycle ownership (prospecting → close → expansion)
- Proven success managing multi-month sales cycles with $300K–$3M+ deal values
- Experience selling technical SaaS products into regulated industries (life sciences, pharma, medtech)
- Experience in seed–Series A startup environments and thriving in 0→1 contexts
- Experience representing a company at conferences or tradeshows
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM management (HubSpot/Salesforce), outbound tools (Apollo/Outreach), and data/BI tools
- Excellent follow-up and process discipline; ability to manage complex deal mechanics
- Ability to translate product value to non-technical audiences; strong executive presence and relationship-building
- High agency, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset
