Job Summary
Founding Account Executive for a stealth-mode fintech, in-person SF team. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close and onboarding, selling a high-growth financial platform to SMBs and growth-stage startups. Build and manage a high-velocity pipeline, collaborate with product to refine pitches, and grow the book through referrals. You’ll work directly with the founding team and have access to the CEO, with an on-site role at Fort Mason HQ and uncapped commissions on an OTE of $250K–$300K+. Equity and mentorship from founders accompany a highly energized, in-person environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–5 years closing experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-velocity sales org
- experience selling to founders, CFOs, or controllers
- ability to own entire sales process (prospect, demo, close, onboard)
- strong written communication and follow-up speed
