Job Summary
Founding Account Executive to own the outbound engine for a Vertical AI SaaS startup, based in Bryant Park, NYC, with 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience. You’ll engineer outbound via cold calling, email, and strategic networking to build and close a flushed pipeline, targeting SMB/Mid-Market accounts. Expect to scale outbound campaigns, represent the firm at major national industry conferences (monthly travel), and become a core member of a lean GTM team with a path to leadership. Compensation includes base $90k-$160k and uncapped OTE $150k-$320k, plus Founding Member equity (10-15 bps). Requirements emphasize a quota-beating track record in fast-paced environments and experience with outbound-led sales in high-intensity settings (e.g., Salesforce, Ramp, Mercury). Location is in-office NYC with no remote/hybrid option.
Required Qualifications
