Job Summary
Founding Account Executive for Webfuse, Surfly’s hands-on solution for enabling AI agents to take real action inside live web apps. Own the end-to-end Webfuse pipeline with outbound hunting and co-sell motions through NICE, Cognigy, 11Labs, and the broader CX/AI ecosystem. Conduct technically grounded discovery and live demos, engage business buyers, IT, and solutions architects, transform partner relationships into closed revenue, juggle multiple enterprise deals, and collaborate with sales engineering, ops, legal, finance, and CS. Shape the product story and ICP from firsthand field experience; build your voice in the agentic CX conversation and maintain accurate CRM forecasts. Requirements include a deep curiosity about new AI tech, ability to demo without a sales engineer, and success selling into industries like insurance, financial services, or healthcare a plus. Based in or around Amsterdam with on-site/hybrid work; relocation not offered.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years closing SaaS or enterprise software as an AE
- comfortable selling with partners (co-sell)
- working knowledge of contact center and conversational AI
- based in or around Amsterdam; on-site/hybrid; no relocation offered
