Job Summary
Founding Account Executive responsible for full-cycle sales of Kana's agentic marketing platform to enterprise and mid-market buyers. You will work directly with the CRO and founders to shape and execute a founder-led sales motion, own the pipeline from prospecting through close, and partner with leaders to translate market signal into scalable playbooks. You will target marketing buyers (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, heads of growth, marketing ops, data/analytics leaders) across consumer brands, media companies, and consumer-tech companies, build pipeline via outbound and partnerships, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Marketing to inform product direction and positioning. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in enterprise or mid-market software sales, experience selling to marketing buyers, a track record of quota attainment, and strong written/verbal communication with the ability to run discovery calls and present to executive audiences.
