Job Summary

Founding Account Executive for Healthcare AI sought to join a ground-floor business line in a scale-ready, funded company. You’ll work directly with the VP of Sales to develop go-to-market strategy, build playbooks, and establish feedback loops with product and engineering, handling large, strategic deals often in the $500K to $1M+ range across healthcare segments like women's health, dermatology, and orthopedics. The role emphasizes high autonomy, shaping how the product is sold and understood in the market, with responsibilities spanning outbound sales, end-to-end deal execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-changing startup environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in a quota-carrying AE or Enterprise AE role, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to own the full sales cycle—from sourcing to close
  • Track record of closing complex, high-value deals ($500K+) with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in outbound sales with little to no inbound support
  • Comfort operating in fast-changing environments without rigid process
  • Preference for candidates with startup experience, especially those who’ve helped scale a company from early traction to growth stage
