Job Summary
Founding Account Executive responsible for the full-cycle B2B SaaS sales motion in the AI-healthcare space, owning the revenue engine from zero to one. Drive six-figure enterprise deals from outbound through discovery to close, build pipeline in a true demand-generation environment, and manage multi-threaded cycles across compliance, legal, IT, and executive stakeholders. Develop the sales playbook, messaging, and process from scratch and partner directly with founders on GTM strategy and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of closing B2B SaaS deals (full-cycle) with consistent quota attainment
- Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Strong consultative selling approach with a customer-first mindset
- High ownership mentality with the ability to operate autonomously
