Job Summary
Founding Account Executives to join the core go-to-market team for a Series A developer infrastructure startup. Two roles: Mid-Market Account Executive (3–5 years SaaS closing, outbound 50%+, quota attainment) and Enterprise Account Executive (5–7 years full-cycle sales, enterprise deals into engineering/DevOps, multi-threaded, consultative cycles). You will sell a technical CI/CD product to developers and engineering leaders, own your pipeline, craft messaging, and define the GTM motion with the CEO and founders. This is a high-ownership, founder-level position with direct access to the CEO, autonomy, mentorship from founders, and a clear path to leadership. Location is San Francisco, CA (in-person, five days per week). Compensation includes Base $110k–$180k with OTE $220k–$360k+, meaningful equity, visa sponsorship available (H1B transfers, TNs), comprehensive benefits, unlimited PTO, and a fast-moving startup culture.
