Job Summary
Founding Account Executive responsible for owning the full sales cycle from first touch through close, building and refining the outbound motion, running consultative discovery and demos, and collaborating with the founding team on narrative pricing and strategy. Will influence ICP definitions, work with Marketing and Product, and use AI tools to speed up personalization and deal velocity while analyzing pipeline to improve efficiency. Role includes mentoring and onboarding as the company grows and offers the opportunity to design the GTM motion itself. Hybrid schedule in New York.
Required Qualifications
- Two to three plus years as a closing AE in B2B SaaS
- Experience selling into blue collar or deskless industries
- Strong and consistent history of exceeding quota
- Confident generating your own pipeline through outbound and events
- Progression showing resilience and growth (e.g., SDR to AE)
- Ability to thrive in early stage environments where structure is still being built
