Job Summary
Founding Account Executive to launch and own outbound sales for the US insurance vertical, driving top-of-funnel through cold outreach and targeted campaigns, collaborating with the Head of Business US to refine and scale the GTM motion, partnering with product to incorporate real-time feedback into roadmap, and representing the company at conferences and partner events. Requires experience selling to insurance carriers/MGAs/brokers, strong outbound execution, ability to manage ACVs in the $10K–$50K+ range, and willingness to travel (~1x/month) with visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates. Location flexibility in NYC or SF with remote options for top-tier talent; compensation base $85K–$120K with uncapped commission and meaningful equity.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling software into the insurance industry (carriers, MGAs, brokers)
- Proven outbound execution — cold outreach, follow-ups, event activation
- Experience managing ACVs from $10K–$50K+
- Visa sponsorship availability for exceptional candidates
