Drive growth through fundraising, investor relations, talent acquisition like SOC analysts, and culture-building in cybersecurity settings with defense elements. Monitor industry trends in cybersecurity risks, defense tech, and market opportunities to shape strategy and mitigate threats. Candidates need 5+ years in startups or tech, ideally in cybersecurity or defense, with prior Chief of Staff or strategy roles preferred.
