Founders Associate / Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Founders Associate / Operations Manager in a hands-on, growth-stage renewable energy startup. Directly partnering with the COO to drive impact across HR, Legal, accounting, recruiting, and B2B sales. Build repeatable systems, templates, and processes from scratch (contracts, recruiting funnels, quality gates, checklists). Coordinate across two sites and external providers, ensuring commitments are met and nothing falls through the cracks. Prepare KPI reports, cost comparisons, and actionable options to enable quick, decision-ready guidance for leadership. Expect high ownership from day 1, an output-driven culture, and active use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to solve problems, produce texts, and evaluate options. Requirements include completed university studies; prior operational experience in a startup/scale-up or dynamic mid-market company is a plus.
